Community Guidelines

Real Claw is built around free, fair, and friendly access to real claw machines. These Community Guidelines explain the behavior expected when using public profiles, usernames, avatars, social links, leaderboards, chat, comments, reactions, shared gameplay, win clips, or any other community feature offered through Real Claw.

These Guidelines supplement the Real Claw Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If these Guidelines conflict with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control.

1. Be Respectful

Treat players, viewers, moderators, operators, and other community members with respect. Friendly competition, celebration, jokes, and good-natured reactions are welcome. Personal attacks are not.

Do not:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, shame, or bully another person;
• Encourage others to target or overwhelm someone;
• Use slurs or attack people based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, medical condition, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, age, veteran status, or another protected characteristic;
• Celebrate or encourage real-world violence or serious harm; or
• Repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop.

2. Keep Content Appropriate

Real Claw is a general-audience service for users age 13 and older. Do not post, upload, link to, or promote:

• Pornography, nudity, sexually explicit material, or sexual solicitation;
• Sexual content involving or appearing to involve a minor;
• Graphic violence, gore, animal cruelty, or content celebrating serious injury;
• Instructions encouraging suicide, self-harm, dangerous challenges, or illegal conduct;
• Content intended to shock, disgust, or frighten other users; or
• Other material that Real Claw reasonably determines is unsuitable for the community.

Content that sexually exploits a minor will be removed and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

3. Protect Privacy and Personal Information

Do not share another person's private or identifying information without permission. This includes home addresses, private phone numbers, personal email addresses, financial information, passwords, authentication details, precise real-time locations, private messages, or other sensitive information.

Do not use Real Claw camera feeds, clips, profiles, or community tools to identify, track, surveil, or expose another person. Machine cameras are provided to show the claw machines and their immediate surroundings for gameplay and operation.

Think carefully before adding your own social links or personal information to a public profile. Public profile information may be visible to anyone.

4. Be Authentic

Do not impersonate another person, organization, moderator, operator, or Real Claw representative. Do not use deceptive usernames, avatars, profile details, or messages to falsely suggest an affiliation, endorsement, authority, or verified status.

Parody or fan content must be clearly identified when a reasonable person might otherwise mistake it for an official account.

5. No Spam, Scams, or Manipulation

Do not use community features to:

• Send repetitive, irrelevant, or disruptive messages;
• Promote scams, phishing, malware, fraudulent offers, or deceptive links;
• Solicit passwords, payment information, authentication codes, or other sensitive information;
• Buy, sell, trade, or transfer Real Claw accounts or statistics;
• Artificially inflate followers, reactions, viewer counts, wins, or leaderboard placement;
• Coordinate duplicate accounts or sessions to bypass queue rules; or
• Advertise unrelated products, services, referral links, or fundraising campaigns without permission.

6. Play Fair

Real Claw is free entertainment built around fair turns. Do not use bots, scripts, macros, automation, modified clients, duplicate sessions, exploits, or coordinated behavior to gain extra turns, manipulate gameplay, interfere with another player, or alter results.

Do not falsely claim that a gameplay win entitles you to a physical prize, payment, merchandise, or anything of monetary value. Real Claw gameplay wins currently provide statistics, achievements, leaderboard recognition, and bragging rights only.

If you discover a security issue or exploitable bug, do not abuse it or publicly provide instructions for exploiting it. Report it privately to realclawapp@gmail.com.

7. Respect Copyright and Other Rights

Only submit content that you created or have permission to use. Do not upload or share copyrighted music, video, artwork, logos, photographs, recordings, or other protected material without authorization or a lawful basis.

Do not violate another person's trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights. Copyright complaints should be submitted under the Real Claw Copyright and Content Removal Policy once that policy is published.

8. Public Profiles and Social Links

Usernames, avatars, profile text, social links, gameplay statistics, achievements, and leaderboard results may be public. Profiles and links must comply with these Guidelines even when the linked content is hosted elsewhere.

Real Claw may remove a profile link or restrict an account when the link is used to direct users to malware, scams, sexual exploitation, illegal content, harassment, or other serious violations.

9. Chat, Comments, and Reactions

If Real Claw introduces live chat, comments, or reactions:

• Keep conversation reasonably related to Real Claw, gameplay, or the community;
• Do not flood the conversation or deliberately prevent others from participating;
• Do not pressure players, reveal sensitive information, or interfere with an active turn;
• Do not evade blocked words, moderation tools, slow mode, mutes, or bans; and
• Follow reasonable instructions from Real Claw moderators and operators.

Community features may be slowed, limited, or disabled during maintenance, abuse, or high traffic.

10. Gameplay Clips and Sharing

If clip recording or sharing is introduced, use clips responsibly. Do not alter a clip to deceive viewers about another player, the machine, a result, or Real Claw. Do not use clips to harass, embarrass, expose private information, or commercially exploit the Service without permission.

Real Claw may remove, limit, or disable a clip when necessary to protect privacy, enforce these Guidelines, respond to a valid legal request, or maintain the Service.

11. Enforcement

Depending on the circumstances, Real Claw may:

• Provide a warning;
• Remove or restrict content, usernames, avatars, or links;
• Reset manipulated statistics or results;
• Mute or limit community features;
• Remove a user from a queue or end a turn;
• Temporarily suspend an account, device, or network;
• Permanently terminate access; or
• Report conduct to service providers or authorities when reasonably necessary.

We consider factors such as severity, context, intent, previous violations, risk to others, and whether immediate action is required. Real Claw is not obligated to publicly explain every moderation decision or disclose private information about another user.

Attempts to evade enforcement through new accounts, devices, or networks are separate violations.

12. Reporting a Violation

Report suspected violations to realclawapp@gmail.com. Include, when available:

• The username or profile involved;
• A link to the content or profile;
• The date and approximate time;
• A screenshot or description of what occurred; and
• Any immediate safety concern.

Do not submit knowingly false or misleading reports. Reports do not guarantee removal or a particular outcome.

13. Appeals

If your content or account is restricted, you may request a review by emailing realclawapp@gmail.com. Explain the decision you are appealing and why you believe it should be reconsidered. Repeated, abusive, or substantially identical requests may not receive additional review.

14. Changes to These Guidelines

Real Claw may update these Guidelines as community features develop or new risks arise. The Last Updated date will be revised when changes are made. Material changes may also be announced through the Service.
