Introduction

Your privacy is important to Real Claw. This Privacy Policy explains how Real Claw ("Real Claw," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you access or use Real Claw websites, web applications, live claw machines, account features, and related online services (collectively, the "Service").

Real Claw provides an online entertainment experience that allows users to view and remotely control real physical claw machines over the internet. Depending on the features available at the time, users may play as guests or create an account to participate in queues, control machines, maintain a profile, track gameplay statistics, appear on leaderboards, and use other community features.

Real Claw is currently provided primarily as a free entertainment service. Real Claw does not currently ship physical prizes won through gameplay.

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use Real Claw and which features you choose to use.

A. Account Information

You may be able to use portions of Real Claw without creating an account.

If you create an account, we may collect information such as:

• Your email address;
• Your username or display name;
• Authentication information associated with your account;
• Your profile picture or avatar;
• Optional contact information, such as your name, contact email, and phone number;
• Optional mailing information, such as your street address, city, state or region, postal code, and country;
• Your choices about email promotions, postal promotions, and whether to display a general location;
• Profile information you voluntarily provide;
• Links to social media or other online profiles that you voluntarily add; and
• Other information you choose to associate with your Real Claw profile.

Passwords may be handled through our authentication service providers. Real Claw does not need to receive or store your third-party account password when you use a supported third-party sign-in provider.

B. Third-Party Sign-In

Real Claw may allow you to sign in using a third-party authentication provider, such as Google or Apple.

When you choose to use a third-party sign-in method, we may receive information authorized by you and provided by that service, such as your name, email address, profile image, and an identifier associated with your account.

We do not receive your password for the third-party service.

Information maintained by the third-party provider remains subject to that provider's privacy practices.

C. Gameplay and Queue Information

When you use Real Claw, we may collect information related to your interaction with the Service, including:

• Games played;
• Queue participation and position;
• Machine sessions;
• Game start and end times;
• Gameplay duration;
• Machine control activity;
• Wins or other gameplay results;
• Scores, achievements, and statistics;
• Leaderboard information; and
• Other information necessary to operate and improve the gameplay experience.

Some gameplay information, such as usernames, wins, rankings, achievements, or statistics, may be visible to other Real Claw users.

D. Live Machine Video

Real Claw uses cameras to provide live video of physical claw machines so users can see and control the machines remotely.

These cameras are intended to display the machines and their immediate surroundings for gameplay, operation, security, troubleshooting, and similar purposes.

Users should understand that machine video may be transmitted to multiple viewers while a machine is online.

The optional Player Cam requires separate consent. If a player also opts into a Reaction Replay, recent Player Cam frames may be processed on their device to create a picture-in-picture preview. The machine-only replay is saved separately, and the Player Cam version is uploaded only after the player approves it.

E. User-Generated and Community Content

If Real Claw provides community features such as profiles, chat, comments, win clips, shared gameplay, or similar features, we may collect and store information that you voluntarily submit through those features.

Content you intentionally make public may be visible to other users or visitors.

You should not submit sensitive personal information through public areas of the Service.

F. Technical and Usage Information

When you access Real Claw, we or our service providers may automatically receive technical information such as:

• IP address;
• Browser type;
• Device type;
• Operating system;
• Approximate geographic information derived from an IP address;
• Referring pages;
• Pages and features accessed;
• Dates and times of access;
• Session information;
• Error and diagnostic information; and
• Other information about how the Service is used.

We may use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve Real Claw.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information collected through Real Claw to:

• Create, authenticate, and maintain user accounts;
• Allow users to play Real Claw machines;
• Operate gameplay queues and reserve turns;
• Maintain user profiles;
• Send promotional email or postal mail when you choose to receive it;
• Display a general city, state or region, and country when you choose to make that location public;
• Record gameplay statistics, wins, achievements, and rankings;
• Operate leaderboards and community features;
• Provide and maintain live machine video;
• Detect whether a game has resulted in a win;
• Provide technical support;
• Respond to questions and requests;
• Diagnose technical problems;
• Improve machine performance, streaming, controls, and the overall user experience;
• Prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, cheating, and other misuse;
• Maintain the security and integrity of the Service;
• Measure Service usage and performance;
• Display and measure advertising;
• Comply with legal obligations; and
• Enforce our Terms of Service and other policies.

3. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies

Real Claw and its service providers may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies.

These technologies may be used to:

• Keep users signed in;
• Maintain sessions;
• Remember preferences;
• Operate gameplay and queue functionality;
• Maintain security;
• Understand how visitors use the Service;
• Measure performance;
• Prevent abuse; and
• Support advertising.

Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies or stored website information. Disabling certain technologies may prevent some Real Claw features from functioning correctly.

Google Analytics 4 may process usage and device information only after a visitor accepts optional analytics. Visitors may reject or later withdraw that choice through the site's Privacy Choices control. Other third-party advertising, authentication, hosting, or service providers may use their own technologies subject to their respective privacy policies.

4. Advertising

Real Claw may display advertising to help support the free Service.

Advertising providers may receive or collect information such as device information, IP address, browser information, advertising identifiers where applicable, pages viewed, advertisement impressions, interactions with advertisements, and similar usage information.

Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to Real Claw or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to Real Claw and other sites on the internet.

Depending on a visitor's choices and applicable law, advertising may be personalized using information such as interests, demographics, prior browsing activity, or interactions with advertisers. If personalized advertising is not selected or permitted, Google and other vendors may still serve non-personalized or contextual advertising and may use limited technologies for purposes such as ad delivery, frequency capping, aggregated measurement, security, and fraud prevention.

Visitors may manage or opt out of personalized advertising from Google through Google Ads Settings. Visitors may also opt out of certain participating third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out tool. These external opt-out tools are operated by third parties and may require cookies to remember a visitor's selection.

Google and any other advertising vendors or networks used by Real Claw process information under their own privacy policies. Learn more about how Google uses information for advertising.

Real Claw does not sell users' account passwords or authentication credentials to advertisers.

Where required by applicable law, Real Claw will provide appropriate choices regarding certain advertising or tracking technologies.

Real Claw is 100% free and supported by advertising. Visitors may watch without enabling advertising, but basic, non-personalized advertising is required to enter the player queue. Personalized advertising and Google Analytics are optional choices. Neither choice affects queue position, turn length, odds, or gameplay controls. Visitors may review or change their Real Claw selections at any time through Privacy choices.

5. Service Providers

Real Claw relies on third-party companies and technologies to operate portions of the Service.

These may include providers of:

• Authentication;
• Databases;
• Cloud infrastructure;
• Website hosting;
• Video streaming infrastructure;
• Content delivery;
• Analytics;
• Advertising;
• Security and abuse prevention; and
• Other technical services.

For example, Real Claw uses Google Analytics 4 for optional, consent-based usage measurement; may use Google, Apple, and Firebase services for authentication, database functionality, or related infrastructure; and may use Mailchimp to manage promotional email subscribers who opt in.

These providers may process information as necessary to perform services for Real Claw and may also maintain their own privacy policies governing their services.

6. How We Share Information

Service Providers

We may provide information to companies that perform services on our behalf when reasonably necessary for them to provide those services.

Public Features

Information you intentionally make public, including a username, avatar, gameplay statistics, leaderboard position, achievements, public profile information, or public community content, may be visible to other users or visitors.

If you enable general location sharing, Real Claw may display the city, state or region, and country you entered on your public profile and while you play. Your street address, address line 2, postal code, phone number, contact email, and full name are not included in that public location.

Legal and Safety Reasons

We may preserve, access, or disclose information when we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to:

• Comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
• Protect the rights or property of Real Claw or others;
• Investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of our policies;
• Protect the security or integrity of the Service; or
• Protect the safety of users or other persons.

Business Transfers

If Real Claw is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, information associated with the Service may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

7. Children's Privacy

Real Claw is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

A parent or legal guardian who believes that a child under 13 has provided personal information to Real Claw may contact us at realclawapp@gmail.com.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise children's online activities and discuss the risks of publicly sharing personal information.

8. Data Security

Real Claw uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no website, network, database, video stream, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should protect their account credentials and promptly contact us if they believe their account has been compromised.

Real Claw will provide notifications regarding qualifying data-security incidents when required by applicable law.

9. Data Retention

We may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide the Service;
• Maintain user accounts;
• Maintain gameplay records and statistics;
• Protect the Service against abuse;
• Resolve disputes;
• Meet legal obligations;
• Enforce our agreements; and
• Maintain legitimate business records.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it was collected.

We may retain aggregated or de-identified information that no longer reasonably identifies an individual.

10. Your Privacy Choices

You may have the ability to change certain profile information directly through your Real Claw account.

Optional marketing and public-location choices begin turned off. You may enable or disable email promotions, postal promotions, and general location sharing from your profile settings. Turning off a marketing choice applies to future promotional messages, although mail already prepared or sent may still arrive.

Marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe through Mailchimp, that choice is sent back to Real Claw so email promotions are also disabled in your Real Claw profile. Phone numbers submitted through the optional contact form are for account contact only and are not consent to receive marketing calls or text messages.

You may also contact us at realclawapp@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account.

When requesting account deletion, please provide sufficient information for us to identify the account.

We may need to retain certain information when required by law or when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of our agreements, or other legitimate purposes.

Deleting an account may not remove information that has been aggregated or de-identified so that it is no longer reasonably associated with you.

Information that you have voluntarily made public or shared with third parties may also remain accessible outside Real Claw's control.

11. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights concerning their personal information under applicable state privacy laws.

Depending on the law that applies, these rights may include the right to request:

• Access to certain personal information;
• Correction of inaccurate personal information;
• Deletion of certain personal information;
• Information about categories of personal information collected or disclosed; and
• Other rights provided by applicable law.

Real Claw will respond to qualifying requests as required by applicable law.

We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before fulfilling a privacy request.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

Real Claw may contain links to websites, social networks, advertisements, or services operated by third parties.

Real Claw does not control the privacy practices of those third parties. Information you provide directly to another website or service is governed by that party's privacy policy and terms.

We encourage users to review the privacy practices of third-party services before providing them with personal information.

13. International Users

Real Claw is operated from the United States.

If you access Real Claw from outside the United States, information associated with your use of the Service may be processed or stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

Privacy and data-protection laws in those locations may differ from the laws of your country.

Where required, Real Claw will handle international transfers of personal information in accordance with applicable law.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Real Claw develops, new features are introduced, our business practices change, or applicable laws or technologies change.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the Service or by other appropriate means.

Your continued use of Real Claw following an updated Privacy Policy is subject to the version of the Privacy Policy then in effect, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
