Real Claw LIVE is free to watch and play. Real Claw, developed by Shane Burton ("Real Claw," "we," "us," or "our"), may offer an optional way for adults to support the Service. This notice explains the nature of those payments and our refund approach.

This notice should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Optional Support Payments

A payment labeled "donation," "tip," "support," or something similar is voluntary. Payment is never required to watch a camera, join a queue, operate a machine, maintain an account, or use Real Claw's ordinary free features.

2. Real Claw Is Not a Charity

Real Claw is a for-profit project developed by Shane Burton, not a charitable or tax-exempt organization. Support payments are not charitable contributions and are not intended to be tax-deductible. We do not provide charitable-donation receipts. Consult a qualified tax professional about your circumstances.

3. No Gameplay Advantage

Supporting Real Claw does not provide queue priority, extra turns, longer turns, improved odds, machine advantages, physical prizes, or preferential enforcement of rules. Any optional thank-you message or supporter badge has no cash value and provides no competitive benefit.

4. How Support May Be Used

Support payments may be used for Real Claw's general business and operating expenses, including hosting, streaming, internet service, payment processing, machine acquisition and maintenance, cameras, software, security, moderation, community features, and other costs or development chosen by Real Claw.

A support payment does not create ownership, voting, investment, profit-sharing, or control rights.

5. Payment Authorization

By submitting a support payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize Real Claw and its payment provider to process the displayed amount. The payment provider will be identified at checkout, and its terms and privacy practices may also apply.

6. One-Time and Recurring Support

Real Claw may offer one-time or recurring support. A recurring payment will be clearly identified before confirmation. Supporters may cancel future recurring charges using the payment-provider or account controls disclosed at checkout. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not ordinarily refund charges already processed.

7. Amounts, Currency, and Taxes

The amount and currency will be shown before payment. Supporters are responsible for any bank, currency-conversion, or similar charges. Applicable taxes, if any, will be handled as required by law.

8. Refunds

Because support payments are voluntary and may be used promptly for operating costs, completed payments are generally final and nonrefundable except where required by law.

Contact realclawapp@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge if you believe there was:

• A duplicate charge;
• An incorrect amount;
• An unauthorized payment; or
• A payment-processing or technical error.

Include the transaction date, amount, receipt or transaction identifier, and a description of the issue. Do not send a full payment-card number, password, or other sensitive credential.

We will review the request and may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion or as required by law. Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.

9. Chargebacks and Unauthorized Payments

If a payment is unauthorized, contact us and the payment provider or financial institution promptly. Filing a knowingly false dispute or chargeback may violate these terms or applicable law. We may suspend related supporter recognition while a payment dispute is pending.

10. Age and Authority

Support payments may be made only by people who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a payment transaction. A minor may not submit a payment unless a parent or legal guardian directly authorizes and completes it.

11. Privacy

Payment and account information is handled as described in the Real Claw Privacy Policy. Payments will be processed by the provider identified at checkout, and Real Claw does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers. Providers may receive transaction, device, fraud-prevention, and contact information under their own policies.

12. Changes to This Notice

We may update this notice as payment options or applicable law change. Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date. The notice in effect when a payment is made ordinarily governs that payment, subject to applicable law.
